Had to RMA the RAM

My RAM arrived about a week ago. Unfortunately one stick was dead...so I had to RMA the set. As far as I can tell it's nearly at the destination, which would mean that I should have it in...5 days...

RAM is going bye-bye.

The RAM that I ordered doesn't like running at 1066 MHz for some reason. Since I put the computer together it has been running at 800 MHz. A few days ago I tried running at 1066, but even with the manual recommended timings and voltage, it would blue screen and crash just a minute after entering Windows.

Once I determine that this is a RAM issue, and not a MOBO issue, I'll be refunded for the memory and get a better set.
